Yulia tymoshenko`s appointment officially announced in parliament

The appointment of Yulia Tymoshenko as Prime Minister of Ukraine was officially announced in the Verkhovna Rada.
According to Council Commission chief Mykola Shershun, 227 lawmakers took part in the voting. Out of them 226 voted “for”, and 1 – abstained from voting.

The lawmakers stood up and welcomed the announcement
with applauds. A big bunch of white roses was
presented to Yulia Tymoshenko on behalf of the BYuT
faction.
After that, Yulia Tymoshenko occupied the place of the Prime Minister in the Cabinet of Ministers’ box in the parliament.
Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk also presented flowers to Yulia Tymoshenko.
