Bush administration greets tymoshenko's appointment

“We greet the appointment of Yulia Tymoshenko to the position of the Prime Minister and we are ready to cooperate with her and new Ukrainian government,” stated Tom Keisy of The State Department.

He has noted that Washington hopes “that the new
government will continue the course, which has been
laid by the President and others, and which is aimed
at strengthening democratic institutions and economic
reforms.”
Keisy has called the formation of the Ukrainian government a positive step ahead and has repeated that the USA is ready to work with the new Prime Minister and her team.
