December 22 the twenty seventh sitting of the Ukrainian part of Ukraine-EU Cooperation Committee was held, led by the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Hryhoriy Nemyria.

A peculiar attention was paid to issues tied to the
process of preparing to holding an International
investment conference in modernization of Ukraine’s
gas transport system which is slated to be held in
Brussels in spring of the following year as well as
the results of consultations with representatives
of the European Commission concerning launch of
negotiations on joining by Ukraine the Energy
Community and results of consultations concerning
content of a new practical instrument to replace
Ukraine-EU Action Plan which took place on December
11-12 of the current year in Brussels.
The members also discussed issues of planning activity of respective ministries and other central executive authorities in Eurointegration sphere for the following year.
On the result of the discussion a protocol decision of the sitting of the Ukrainian part of Ukraine-EU Cooperation Committee was approved.
