The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has basically approved a draft of its program entitled "Ukrainian breakthrough for the sake of people and not politicians" and intends to submit it to the Verkhovna Rada for endorsement.

"The draft program has been approved unanimously," Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said at a governmental meeting in Kyiv on Wednesday.

The premier said she hoped not only the majority coalition but also the opposition would vote for the government action program.

Tymoshenko instructed ministers from her government to work with Verkhovna Rada factions and committees more actively to have the program endorsed by the parliament.
