The democratic coalition in parliament is legitimate and there is no need to legally confirm its existence, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said.
She recalled that the reason for the dissolution of the existing coalition can be that one faction leaves the coalition. "Iām convinced that other than a faction leaving the democratic coalition, there is no other way to destroy the coalition. If a political faction leaves the democratic coalition it will mean that essentially the coalition has been dissolved," Yulia Tymoshenko noted.
"The political force that I represent will remain in the democratic coalition, and nobody ā no official ā can dissolve the democratic coalition on his own, based on the newly-adopted rules," she added.
